Habig Construction specializes in home additions and remodeling construction work. Every addition is unique with its own set of challenges.

Even the smallest change can make a huge difference. Even if it is just bumping out a wall four feet and installing a patio door, the room takes on an entirely new look.

When Habig Construction does an addition, our goal is to make your project blend into the architecture of your home. All aspects of the construction project will blend in together including exterior sidings, stone & brick veneers, roof structure, flooring, cabinets, moldings and wall textures.

We want to blend everything in, including the siding, the brick, the paint, the windows, the roof, the flooring, the cabinets, the vanities, the moldings, the walls, the textures, the stucco, etc. The home should look like it was always that size.

Habig Construction has completed additions on recently built homes as well as vintage homes throughout the bay area. Some of our clients loved their current homes but needed additional space, updated bathrooms larger master bedrooms and more functional kitchens. In some cases, our clients just needed to upgrade to the current building codes or seismic retrofits.

We were always able to achieve these goals without losing any of the charm or integrity of the home. We specialize in major additions.
